You can permanently delete your Zeky account directly from inside the app. This page explains what happens when you delete your account, what data is removed, and what may be retained for legal reasons.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please review this page carefully before proceeding.
Your Rights
- You can delete your account at any time.
- Deletion can only be initiated from inside the authenticated application for security reasons.
- The deletion process permanently removes your account and associated personal data.
- Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps to permanently delete your Zeky account:
- Open the Zeky app on your device.
- Go to Profile from the bottom navigation.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Once confirmed, your account and associated data will begin the deletion process immediately.
Data Deletion Policy
When you confirm account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

| Tasks | All tasks created by you are deleted. |

| Voice history | All voice input history and transcriptions are deleted. |
| Notifications | All notification data and preferences are deleted. |
| Chat messages | Messages you sent are anonymized or removed according to our data-retention policy. |
| Uploaded files | Files you uploaded that are exclusively owned by you are deleted from storage. |
Data Retained for Legal Compliance
The following records may be retained if required by law:

- Any remaining backup copies are automatically removed within 90 days.

كيف تحذف حسابك
اتبع هذه الخطوات لإنشاء حذف دائم لحساب Zeky الخاص بك:
- افتح تطبيق Zeky على جهازك.
- انتقل إلى الملف الشخصي من شريط التنقل السفلي.
- افتح الإعدادات.
- اضغط على حذف الحساب.
- أكّد الحذف عند طلب التأكيد.
بمجرد التأكيد، سيبدأ حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة بعملية الحذف فوراً.
سياسة حذف البيانات
عند تأكيد حذف الحساب، تُحذف البيانات التالية بشكل دائم:

| الإشعارات | تُحذف جميع بيانات الإشعارات والتفضيلات. |
| رسائل الدردشة | تُجهَّز هوية الرسائل التي أرسلتها أو تُحذف وفقاً لسياسة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات. |
| الملات المرفوعة | تُحذف من التخزين الملفات التي رفعتها وهي مملوكة لك حصرياً. |
البيانات المحتفظ بها للامتثال القانوني
قد يُحتفظ بالسجلات التالية إذا تطلب القانون ذلك:

- يبدأ حذف الحساب فوراً من داخل التطبيق.
- يحدث إزالة البيانات النشطة خلال الأيام الأولى من الحذف.
- تُحذف أي نسخ احتياطية متبقية تلقائياً خلال 90 يوماً.
